Satomi Park

The park was an old battlefield where the Satomi Clan fought against the Hojo Clan in the Muromachi period.

Located on a plateau 20 m above sea level facing the Edogawa River, the 8.2 ht Western style garden has a fountain and a flower garden.

You can see the flow of the Edogawa River under your sight from the hill on the western side of the park, as well as Mt. Fuji on a fine day.

The park is known as a major cherry blossom-viewing spot.

You can enjoy the rose garden, wisteria trellis, ume grove, maple trees and flowers of each season.
