Mobara Park

Mobara Park, which is located about 2 km west of JR Mobara Station, was opened in early Showa.

With about 2,850 cherry blossom trees - including Somei Yoshino - that bloom beautifully in the spring, this park is one of the top 100 places noted for cherry blossoms in Japan.

With walkways, an observation deck and other amenities provided, this park is enjoyed as a relaxing place for citizens. In the park, there is a city museum and a local reference library.
