This first museum of air science in Japan teaches the country’s changes in aviation technology in an interesting manner. Displayed inside the building is a full-sized model of the Henri Farman biplane - the first plane to fly in Japan - and a real aircraft engine. In addition, visitors can have an on-board experience as if a pilot, using a flight simulator.

Kannonkyoji Temple that was founded in 781 has been friendly called Shibayama Nio-son Temple for a long time. It is known for Nio-son guardian images of the temple at Nio-mon (deva gate).

The Haniwa Museum exhibits Haniwa (clay image) and archaeological remains from burial mounds unearthed in Chiba Prefecture. You can also take a look on ancestor's life with the old dwelling reconstructed in the museum.

This park with an extensive area of 15 hectares provides an excellent nature spot in which people can enjoy the beauty of flowers through all seasons, a good rest on the grass and mini- athletics. In addition, the old farmhouse of the Yabu Family, brought and reconstructed, tells you much about the way of life of a farmer in old days.
